We have three questions today,Question #1: I want to send a link to my email subscribers that will take them to a site where I post credit related information for them. The posted information will be available for one week and then uploaded with fresh content. Since the information is for my subscribers only, should I use a password protected website or can I create a website on my branding site with no links to it other than the one I sent out in the email?
Answer: I would do the second option where you have the content on your branding site with no links to it except for the link you provide in the email you send your subscribers. Otherwise, you can become too involved in trying to set up a password protected site and you could lose people.
Question #2: I'm excited. I just made my first CD and am offering it free with an up sell of a free strategy session and $1,500 product. I have some questions because I do not have staff. How should I handle customer service?
Answer: One way to handle customer service is to create a Gmail email account and keep an eye on it.
Are there services that provide email support as opposed to phone support? You can use services such as Kyako that provides online customer support. You can search Google for "Customer support" to find alternatives, but Kyako is a good option.
Where can I find a good scheduler for a reasonable price? Put an ad in the paper. You have to make a decision on how much you are willing to pay them. You can also run an online ad.
Question #3: Just lost my full time today. Realistically, how long does it take to replace my income using affiliates? I stink at Google AdWords, but will keep trying.
Answer: It is hard for me to answer this question because I don't know what your income was at your full time job. If you have affiliates most of them stink. Half of them are lazy. The best thing to do is to promote things to your own list. Find things you can sell to your list. Train your list to start buying things from you.
Also while you are building your list, start building your product. Then you can leverage your list and your product to find joint venture partners. These people will send out emails for you. Create a date and specific time in which these joint venture partners can send out the email for you. This is a great idea because people like to be part of something and are more inclined to promote your product to their list.
