In most all cases there is no such thing as the "best" skin care product for any one person, at least not in a generalized way. Obviously it can be the best for you but it might not be the best for everyone else, and the reasoning behind this is everyone's skin is different and different people react differently to different things! For example it might seem like you and your best friend have the same type of skin but that's really just a topical appearance, you don't know what's going on underneath the skin, and you also have to factor in people's Ph Levels as well. Your Ph level is as different as your finger print, no two people will have the exact same levels.
Most likely, you will realize that a lot of skin care products are grouped into 4 different categories; dry skin, oily skin, normal skin and sensitive skin. However, this classification is just too broad to be used definitively in determining the best skin care product. The question you shouldn't be asking is "what is the best skin care" but rather, "what is the best skin care for me." Coming to the best result will take some effort on your part. The first thing you need to do is come to a conclusion as to what "type" of skin you have. This can usually be done two different ways, one way is to ask your dermatologist.
The second way is to ask a skin care or makeup specialist. You would be incredibly surprised the knowledge these people have, after all they deal with people all day long and they have to have some sort of a knowledge about skin and skin care so that they can suggest the right one or help you figure out what type of skin you have by asking a few reasonably easy questions along the way such as; is your skin oily in the summer? Do you find that you need more moisturizer in the winter? Do you break out a lot? etc. Just answer all the questions to the best of your knowledge.
One of the main things you should be looking at when picking a skin care product is the ingredients, they will include active and inactive ingredients. The active ingredients are the ones that actually work on your skin. The inactive ones just help in delivering these active ingredients to your skin. Both the ingredients need to work for your skin in order for the product to be effective!
Look for ingredients rich in Ginseng Extract, Caraway Extract, Carrot Seed Extract, Geranium, Limonium, Cucumis Sativus, so all in all it really is good for your skin, healthy, and it doesn't contain a ton of chemicals! I really try not to use any products that contain anything with a bunch of chemicals and words I cant pronounce, for the most part you will get better results from something with natural ingredients rather than chemical ingredients so its important to look out for this!
