There are suitable emotional freedom techniques for any physical or psychological condition. Emotional Freedom techniques or EFT is a psychotherapeutic method of curing both physical and emotional problems through the power of balancing the different essential energy points all over the body. There are emotional freedom techniques for anxiety, stress, fears, panic attacks, nightmares, seizures, blood clumping, eyesight problems, weight problems, smoking, memory gaps, and even personal relationships. This technique claims to be easy. It can be done by tapping important points in our body to relieve it from negative energy.
In doing these emotional freedom techniques on yourself, it’s best to know that EFT is experimental, thus, it may not yield results which you expect. However, EFT has helped many people alleviate negative energy by doing the techniques specially designed for this therapy. Lastly, EFT works for those people who let it work, and those who allow their inner self to be touched by the process. By thinking that you will be rid of any negativity is the first step that affirms your positive attitude and already, you are on your way to physical and emotional recovery. |
