Is omega 3 helpful in the body? The answer is an emphatic yes. The medical evidence that supports the benefits of this important nutrient is quite overwhelming. The omega-3 fatty acids are some of the building components of the cell membranes. The human neurological system is greatly influenced in a positive way by the presence of the omega 3 fatty acids.

It has been revealed that for an optimal level of health with respect to the development and maintenance of a proper cardiovascular system then these nutrients must be present.
