Unfortunately the simplest cure for your weight loss problems would be to quit eating. However, your body will not go along with that, Your body will go into the starvation mode and it will shut down and make the maximum use of the calories and food you have already consumed. It would be so simple if your body would let you do that, like you can give up candy or alcohol and your body will keep functioning.
So what are you to do to find the cure for your weight loss problems? Let's begin with an analysis of what food you take in each day. Don't kid yourself. Account for each item you put into your mouth every day. You can easily trick yourself if you don't remember or neglect to record some of the things that you ate in a day. Be honest with yourself as you will be the big gainer when you get rid of your weight loss problems.
Next, analyze the activities or exercise you do each day. Have you become a couch potato or do you sit at a desk all day? Do you let others run errands for you or are you the person who goes to the gym every day or takes the dog for a walk?
Depending on your answers, there is a game plan for you to get rid of your weight loss problems. If you are eating too much, then it is time to change and get lower calorie foods or smaller portions. If you are sitting around all day, then it is time to get up and do something, like going on those errands yourself or walking the dog or going to the gym.
There are simple exercises like sit-ups, push-ups and toe touches that you can do at home. Set aside a time to do those, at least, 3 or 4 days a week. You can be more successful at home because your equipment or CDs are right there. Put your exercise equipment where you can watch TV if you want and use it for the exercise CDs, too.
Now put together a schedule of both eating and exercise to cure your weight loss problems. Do some mind work. By that I mean, believe in yourself and believe that you can do this. Even if you have failed in the past, this time you can be successful. Be consistent, keep track of what you do and what you eat and you will solve your weight loss problems.
Eat a healthy diet, one balanced between carbs, protein and fat. You will do best if you do not eat too much of any one group and above all do everything in moderation. That is the key to so many things and solving your weight loss problems is just another one. Write a slogan for yourself and keep it where you can see it.
Be consistent in your efforts and they will pay off. If you happen to slip up, get back up and keep doing this and you will lick your weight loss problems.
