Yes soaking in a hot tub has been proven to get you ready for bed. Remember all of the times when you fall asleep and then feel even more tired then when you actually fell asleep? This all comes from the day to day worries and strains of life, so setting aside 15 minutes at the end of your day with a relaxing session in the hot tub will make you awake feeling naturally rested and rejuvenated.
