We are seeing a lot more that youngsters are dropping out of school at early ages to concentrate more on earning money than getting a decent education. Education is no longer about just learning maths or English or science. It's about socialising growing up and learning about the world.
A few years ago although teaching was a talent it was not as strenuous as it is these days, you used to be able to get a class that would sit and listen to you, but now you have to attend to each child's personality separately to moderate and control them otherwise the class will simply run riot. You have to learn to teach the students that education is something fun. I am sure if you said to them lets go and play a sport or a computer console they would run at the chance. But there seems to be a sort of black hat over education which tends to stray pupils away.
There are three main aspects that everyone should learn before leaving school these are. To spell, read and write sufficiently. To understand different communities and races of life, and to be able to interact. The reason that these three points are the most important are because of the fact that you will always need these skills wherever you go or whatever you do in life. Lets just say you decided to become a builder you would need to read and complete forms socialize with the community and work with and different variety of cultures, it's the same for everything if you want to get married or go sailing you will always need these skills.
So you ask yourself do people that drop out of education early and just concentrate on there work regret this? Well the answer to this question will always be undecided as a lot of people have a lot of success and become very wealthy by working hard. Some other people decide it was wrong to leave education and go back later in life.
